Check before buying: whether 65W is sufficient for your laptop and how you intend to use Picture-by-Picture. This model does have USB-C; a claim that it lacks USB-C would be incorrect.

Is a 34-inch ultrawide the same as two monitors?
No. A 3440 × 1440 ultrawide has fewer horizontal pixels than two 2560 × 1440 monitors, which together provide 5120 × 1440 pixels. You gain a continuous canvas without the centre bezel, but you do not gain the same total workspace as two QHD screens.
A 49-inch monitor with 5120 × 1440 resolution matches that combined pixel count. Screen size alone does not establish resolution: check the actual numbers on the listing.

- Text and workspace: consider resolution, scaling and your normal viewing distance together. A larger screen with fewer pixels does not automatically make text sharper.
